I am to be interviewed today at 1:30. I'm EST, and they are MST. So I would assume I would login at 3:30 my time, which will be 1:30 their time. Anyhoo, I sent an email to them, asking them what time I should login. Crossing my fingers.

I'm not sure what hours they have. Would be cool though if they had graveyard shift.

From poking around on the excel spreadsheet where we choose our hours (not sure if that's the exact place I saw it), or somewhere in an email or on the Needle.com dashboard, I remember seeing that the interview process is to gauge typing speed, accuracy, grammar and punctuation. It also says something about demonstrating your exciting salesmanship, too....but I cannot, for the life of me, remember where I saw it.

I also looked at the schedule, and it looks like you can work anytime 24/7. BUT, there are hours or time slots that will become available that you have to select ahead of time (maybe early in the week). You can release a time slot if you find you can't work that particular block, but it must be 6 hours before the start of that slot.

All chats during this time slot will pay a steady $10/hr. You can also log in any time you have free time and get on the "freeskate" program, if I understand correctly, which doesn't guarantee a minimum hourly rate, but you will be paid the hourly rate for any overflow chats that come in to you while in freeskate mode....plus I'm sure you will still earn points, too during the time you are successfully scored during that chat.

My interview is today at 3, and I am Eastern time, so mine will be at 5. I plan on logging in around 4:55, or so, to get situated. I hope I see my name up there...lol. I tested the link last night to see what the page would look like when I do go there today officially , and it says "if you have an upcoming interview, your name will appear to the right..." No one must have had an interview because there were no names there....hahahaha.

I too applied a couple days ago and received an interview invite. I didn't see the typing test, but got an invite anyway so I hope it's gonna all work out. Seems like an AWESOME egg to have. Good Luck Everyone!

I just finished mine a few minutes ago. I think it went really well, too. She was so much fun to chat with. I kept getting connection hiccups, though, during the session. Did you guys? I hope it didn't count against me. It's frigid here where I live today and windy, so I've been having little blips here and there all day! It happened several times during the interview, but I just kept on going...I hope all of my responses came through ok..lol
