Work At Home Technical Support Representative (Level I)
teleNetwork is currently hiring residents of Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Utah, South Carolina and North Carolina experienced with call center environments supporting Internet related issues for our work from home program. Technicians will assist with Internet services, desktop support, and security related issues. I applied for a job with them and I have made it to the interview step. I am scheduled for an interview on Monday via Skype. Have never done an interview with Skype so I'm kinda nervous. Anyone done this before? Know what kind of questions they ask?
