Yah Radha true. You can try freelancing sites as well. Perhaps you may need to wear many hats in coming days [for variety of skill sets to show]

Depends how much time you want to spend learning new skills before you start. It is not so easy to learn. It is not so easy to learn creating websites or staff lik that. You need to have experience as well and it is very competitive market.

The company I work for, Telenetwork, does have people working 24/7 and they are pretty flexible about hours.
