UPDATE: The type of work is lead generation, calling people that have been hit by hail and setting up free roofing inspections.

Please note: Way more applications came in than expected. As mentioned below we've added some commission only options for when the salaried positions are filled. If you are not selected for a salary position it is most likely not your qualifications, we are just overwhelmed with responses. To be blunt, if you don't make enough on commission you wouldn't last long with a salary as it would be unprofitable to continue the arrangement.

For those of you interested in telemarketing positions please let me know if the following would interest you. This is based on non sales telemarketing (appointment setting / lead generation) only, so keep that in mind.

Compensation for reps would be $200-$225 per week salary plus commission.

Compensation for managers would be $225 per week salary plus a per lead commission and a per lead commission for all employees you manage. With this option you would be responsible for establishing your own "phone room" in a sense.

Edit: We now have commission only positions available to accommodate more reps.

At first it would be just you but once a specific threshold of revenue was established you would then hire and manage new employee(s). To start with you would make only your base salary with all other commissions going into an operating account for future expenses. After a set amount was reached you could then hire more reps and cash out all commissions in excess of the operating cushion. Potential is easily in the thousands per week once you had a full crew.

I know there are a lot of details missing but I'm trying to gauge interest before getting more in depth. I would love to talk to any experienced or at least motivated people that would like the opportunity to make more than just a paycheck.

Glad to see there is some interest. I will post some more details on the compensation tonight / tomorrow and get in contact with those that have shown interest. We won't be able to start with a large number of people but we will be upscaling extremely fast.

Yes, but honestly there's not much to it. The only reason we need managers is that we have a lot going on here and do not want to be the only point of contact for dozens of employees. We actually have a 2000 square foot phone room that we are setting up locally as well so we're a little busy. The work is pretty easy, if you have any phone experience (outbound) or learn quickly it will be no problem.
