There is a site called voice123.com...some projects you have to have a premium account to get a job offer..while other projects you can have a free account and apply...It's only fair that I state I have not worked through them so I can't really vouch..maybe someone else can share experience..

the pay may not be great but I have heard it is a fun way to spend some time in between other jobs at this site. I signed up for writing work but the pay is way to low for the research involved.

freelancer.com get voice over work offers. I have done a few projects there that have paid quite well compared to most of the rate of work offers over there. I have a sample of my voice on a recording in my portfolio on the site.
