Question for people who worked with Reserve America?

Hi,

I had asked a couple of weeks ago about Reserve America. They called me back and set up an interview but they also told me that training is 40 hrs in one week from 9-5. This would be tough for me. Does anyone know if it's paid training?

Also they said they wanted someone who could do at least 25 hrs. They said they had evenings and weekends too but didn't tell me if you can schedule your hours or what the shifts are . Because it'd be tricky for me so I want to see if the hrs would work before going forward with all of this.
Does anyone know who has worked for them in the past?
