OH, wow. I was a CLA in the Spring. Hoping that the Census will start back up again soon in my area, although it is still pretty hot outside. Really enjoyed the work and the money.

Not sure what phase I am recruitng for this time (I did the recruiting back in the winter too). All we were told is to recruit tons of people to test for positions. I'll also be giving the tests soon.
I am in Southern Illinois. There is another group that just started back, but I have no clue what they are going to be doing. There are so many different phases to the Census. I've also been a crew leader assistant & an enumerator. Although I didn't care for the crew leader assistant position this time around because they didn't pay us anymore than the enumerators made (we were paid $2 something more an hour 10 years ago).

I'm a QC CL, I just started with actual work last weak. I hope we get to stay with them for a while. The money is good.

I called my former FOS and the district office in Port St Lucie, FL. They will be contacting people by phone this week, to start back next week.
