Resume Writer/Job Application Help

I am looking for someone to help tweak my resume and submit applications on my behalf for Federal positions (I don't have enough time in the day). Applicant must have the following experience: - 3 years of experience as a resume writer with experience writing cover letters. - Ability to work remotely. - Experience with MS Word - BA in English (or equivalent field) - Experience in/with Federal job market. I will pay with an initial $200 retainer with the following rates. Resume rework: $20 Cover letter rework: $15 Application Submission: $15 ****Please note*** I already have a resume and cover letter. I need someone to modify these to be specific for the position that I am interested in applying for. At the end of this retainer. If we are both happy with this arrangement. I will extend.
