Hello Everyone!!!
I need to know how do you get your calls from cloud 10. Are they routed through your phone or pc? I really need to know please. I am sure that this will be covered in orientation. Any insight is welcomed!!  Daisy

The orientation only takes about an hour
The go session takes anywhere from 2 to 5 or more hours depending on your computer. Training is supposed to take two weeks but my group was extended two days, now in nesting on the 4th day that ends next Thursday. I'm on the cable project. Edited by: raynasmom
