Default PiYo Anyone?

I just started PiYo this week and am very excited with what I've seen so far. It is so different than anything I've ever done before. As I mentioned in another post, I just finished 2 rounds of 22 Minute Hard Corps and absolutely loved it. PiYo is a complete change of pace. I love the mindfulness of it, but I love that you're in constant motion and being challenged and pushed. I've battled low back and hip pain for about a year. Just getting up and moving with 22 Min HC made a dramatic difference, I'm anxious to see how much more it improves with the flexibility & core training from PiYo. So excited! I love learning to move in a different way from what I'm used to.
