Default Helping the "Healthy" Eaters

I know a lot of people that eat really good and exercise regularly, but still struggle with their weight. Why is that?

I have a very dear friend of mine that I had been trying to help with weight loss for more than year (this was before I started with Beachbody). She ate all the right things, didn't eat an excessive number of calories and worked out regularly, but still couldn't lose the weight. We thought maybe it was because of a new medication.

When I first announced that I was becoming a Beachbody Coach and was doing the 21 Day Fix she was the first to contact me and ask to join. She wanted to lose 15 pounds.

We started the program together. During those 21 Days she followed the program to the tee. Worked out, followed the meal plan and lost 9 pounds! She loves the program and shakeology so much, that we're doing another round!

The exercise and diet work together to help maximize calorie-burning like no other program. It's amazing.
