Hi Samie8183, we are doing an exclusive test group for PiYo in a few weeks. Let me know if you'd like to be a part!

I just got it in mail today. Did the first workout and love it! Not a big fan of yoga but I am of Pilates. It is a nice mix but at a faster pace. I love Chalene

I'm on Day 4 of the PiYo workouts and they are really awesome. Low impact with easy moves to learn, but still break a sweat. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a workout to help strengthen their flexibility.

Amy,

Yes, I am noticing results. I am stronger, leaner, more firm. It is a much different type of workout compared to T25, Insanity, Turbo Fire, etc., but it is still a good workout.
