Can't log on to Quicktate

Hi Quicktaters,

Can someone help me? I must have been accepted as a Quicktate transcriptionist, because I've received numerous emails from them saying that files are ready to transcribe, however, I'm unable to log on to my account.

I never received a "welcome" email, and when I request one, nothing shows up in my email account.

I've sent Julie two emails over the last two weeks, but haven't heard back from her.

Any advice or help would be appreciated!

Hi. I hope you've gotten some help from Julie by now. If not, I think the only thing you can do is keep emailing.

I have not heard from Julie and I've written to her at least three times. I guess I'll try again!

Not to h-jack your thread but just checking if anyone is having problems logging in right now? It was okay until about 15 minutes ago now I can't log in. Thanks in advance for any response.
