Special Page?

I'm logged in to both but I am not getting any files in the special page. The old one's back up.

Now, I'm confused...

We've got 3 QT pages, the old, the special page with an https and the most recent special page without the s.

Which of the two special pages should be used? I've got all 3 up.

LOL, I'm confused also as I don't recollect there being 3 pages. You mean you bypassed the warning on the other page to get one that doesn't have an https address? I haven't logged back in yet, but when I had the regular window open & then the special page link from the 2nd email opened at the same time, nothing was coming through in either one.

They should change the look of the special page, so we can tell the difference other than having to look at the link in the address bar of our browsers. What in the world? LOL

What I did earlier today was open the special page link/address that was in the first email. Gone through the warning page and had the https address.

Then I looked at the most recent email and the link didn't have s on it, logged in and it's working too.

I wonder which special page should we use.

LOL, it doesn't take much to confuse me. lol. I don't know which one is correct. I think I would stick to using the one with the https secured website though.

I have been signing into the 'special page' every 15 minutes, but the only time I got TWO files to type was the first 15 minute log in. THEN when I went back to the 'regular page' my work is really slow. THEN, when back to 'special page' the next 15 min. interval...NO WORK...and NOT A ONE FILE since all other 15 min. intervals. I don't get it. Should I write to Julie at Zendesk again? Also, the first email said we only have to sign into this 'special page' for, 'the next four days,' but the new email doesn't give a time frame.

Didn't log in using the link but I think I'm on the special page because it looks different. At the top it says, in yellow the transcription may be long if you feel you dont have time to complete skip it..is this the special page because first time I'm seeing this message. But like I said, didn't log on with different link, used the regular link as always.

Also it's not showing work history which makes me guess this must be that special page. I guess they are sending me there automatically when I log in with regular link.
