Pistachios first then almonds are a close second. You know, fresh almonds where when you bite them in half you can see the oil seeoing out a little bit, yummy.

I like to eat Brazil nuts because they are a good source of selenium
which is an important antioxidant mineral in the human body.



I also like roasted almonds
