Angry Please. Stop. Being. Cheap.

Just stop.
Cause if its working, please, brag about your income due to CHEAP psychic readings price.
Please do tell. Is it worth it?
Are you making more than the others who are not cheap?

Edit: This is not for the introductory two weeks at Oranum where you are FORCED to have your rates at 99 cents per minute.

Please. Stop. Being Cheap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is for the US/UK/Canada ladies who speak perfect English and CAN do better.

YOU KNOW people in these countries tip more then $5 to a waitress, just to bring a plate with food to their table.

And you are charging $1- $3 per minute to give out a psychic reading?!?!?!

I get it, once, twice ... its all good....marketing at its best....
But all the time????!?!?
Is it worth being cheap?

Your Thoughts On This, Please...

At $4.99 per minute I'm not cheap...however I'm willing to work for $1.99 per minute at least to bring in new clients. That's still 2 bucks per minute...and adds up even 1 dollar a minute l adds up ($60 an hour). most readings aren't cheap for a lot of people out there

I don't work the Oranumn site because their format scares me and I think they are the cheapest site.

Default Yeah, right.

I work at the rate that makes my phone ring. Not the rate that makes your phone ring.

If it's not the net profit then it is.

LP takes 42% of per minute earnings PLUS a 17 cent PER MINUTE connection fee. Customers don't put much value on something that's cheap.

I am with EmpathicHeart on this one- everyone's trying to put food in their bellies, and possibly their family's bellies. While I don't really think anyone should sell themselves short- if someone's making a good living at the rates they choose: it's none of your business.

This, like anything else, as roots in marketing. Now, whether you are "cheap" because you prefer to keep your prices low so that those you help can afford you- and moving on into that, so that you can then feed your family: don't hate. Get competitive. If you can't- well, you can be the world's most terrific psychic, but you're not a very good business owner.

You've got to learn to go with the ebb and flow of things, and you have to learn to market yourself. It's no one else's responsibility to see that you get clients- but you.

i think its not a question about being cheap but how much you are willing to sacrifice. Vietnam teachers earn only 90usd a month, PRC teachers earn 200usd a month. seriously, we do not judge one's worth by the amount they accept. And some famous lawyers even charge free mostly in their lifetime.

Those famous lawyers, who work for free, often times, do so, with the intention of writing a book about the case, in the future, then get an option for the film rights and make millions.

Just today, I picked up, "How to Write & Sell True Crime," by Gary Provost.

Think Truman Capote, In Cold Blood, The Boston Strangler, that put F.Lee Bailey on the map, who defended OJ decades later.

In these cases crime did pay.

Prosperity to everyone in 2013.
