Make sure you're not asking anyone to do you a favor. You're here to service them, to make their life better (tastier, healthier). If you start playing the favor chip (have a party for me, or my director challenged me to sell or I'm close to winning a trip, etc.) no one cares. You're here for them, just keep telling yourself that. They're not here to help you meet your goals. If you stay focused on helping and not on selling, you'll end up doing both.

It is that kind of "desperation" that turns people away. Make it about them and what is in it for them.

I just signed up with Younique Products plus I also market my Personal Coaching business. I am planning to market to my cold market also. I am already 61 years old so most of my warm market is over it with the old ds way so I am trying to do things like videos and Facebook Online Parties!

I'm in the same boat, samarie. Some of my co-workers are interested in buying my jewelry, but no one wants to host parties. I have started putting coupons in Swag Bags at local kids clothes consignment sales and women's church events.
