Interesting Article for Party Plan Moms and Dads

Women love to get together to socialize but with so many being just too busy it can seem like the home party is first on the chopping block. Or, if they are not that familiar with the company or product they are reluctant to attend out of fear of 'feeling' obligated to buy and that's tough for some in this economy. I like to try to take the pressure off guests immediately and let them know I'm just offering a little education and chance to try products and just showing them a new place to shop. Whether they choose to shop with me is up to them but I hope they at least leave as a more educated consumer. I incent my hostesses to get guests there rather than basing their rewards solely on sales.
