Simply You Jewelry's trip is to Aruba!! I've always wanted to go there so I'm really motivated to get out and work the business. Yes, that's one of the big plusses of direct sales that we can earn fabulous trips.

Our 1st ever incentive trip was just announced- Melia Caribe Tropical Resort in Punta Cana!! One of the coolest parts is that DOVE buys Cocoa beans from the farmers in the Dominican Republic and we will get to learn about the process while we are there!

Thirty One's Dream Rewards this year was a choice of a Carnival Cruise card (to be able to go where you wanted to go), a Disney Card, or a Best Buy Card. There were different levels that could be achieved and the amount of the card increased based upon the level. I am proud to say I earned Level 3! I decided to go for the $2000 Best Buy Card. Hubby had been laid off for over a year so I figured that was the most prudent choice this time because the other rewards would end up costing some money because of course, I woudl want new outfits and extra spending money! But I am super excited to get my Best Buy Card. I am thinking of getting one of the new fangled super duper cameras with it, a new luxurious desk chair, a copier that can print double sided and such. I can also use it throughout the year to buy toner and supplies. I know for sure I am getting an IPOD. I know, I am behind. I don't have an IPOD yet! I am going to take my time and have fun spending it!

Our new Dream Rewards starts in January. You better believe, I am taking the trip next year! I am ready to cruise now!

Just Jewelry's incentive trip is to Riviera, Cancun! I earned the trip last month and we're going in January. Can't wait!

Silpada's incentive trip for the new sales year is to HAWAII!! Woohoo! Everything is covered for the rep and spouse, including airfare. And the super-top achievers get an extra 3 days before the rest of the reps arrive - that means they get 10 days in Hawaii!!!

And our Canadian and UK reps are joining us too - first year we've had UK reps, and the first time Canadian reps have joined us.

I am not likely to earn it, but it's such an amazing incentive for those who will! We are also doing a special points system where we can earn gifts like Coach handbags and electronics and all sorts of great things for our families. It's like the rewards programs that credit cards have, but we earn points by hosting shows, sponsoring reps, and the like. Fun stuff!

I like that there is such a large array of locations this year. Sometimes it seems like everyone is going to Cancun and Hawaii (which aren't bad at all!) but it's nice see so many fun places we can take ourselves with our businesses.

Private Quarters is going on a 7-day Alaskan Cruise with Celebrity! I have never earned a trip before but this one I really want! I wouldn't have to pay for airfare! Plus, I haven't been since 2000 or 2001 so it would be nice to go again.
