Hi Amy~I look forward to getting to know you! Are you on Twitter or have a Facebook Fanpage? Let's connect! I am elise (sd_elise) on Twitter
My 2010 Res. is to get more organized!! What a challenge it is for me. I am just not one of those people that likes things tidy. It really doesn't bother me, but it does bother my hubby! Also, to keep monthly tabs and categorize my deductions!!! Here's to a sparkly and fabulous New Year!! |

First ...it's going to the year to take care of myself...mind, body & soul.
![]() Second, it's going to be the year that I take my direct sales business seriously and not treat it as a hobby. ![]() |

Oh my gosh Elise...We are on the same goal page!!
My main goal is to give my Tastefully Simple business my complete attention. No more thinking the grass is green on the other side because it's greener where you water it! As of today, I have resigned from the business that I've been working for the past 6 years... because my heart has not been into it for the past year (this is why I've been looking and dabbling), so that I can build a Tastefully Simple team and give them my 100% attention. I want to get involved in local Networking Groups, attend expos & fairs to get as much exposure for my business as I can. Take part in all the training that is offered from the company and my upline. And last but not least...get ORGANIZED! I've been doing a lot of that today...cleaning desk, throwing away all other DS business paper work, ect that I have in my office. Got a few 1 1/2 inch notebooks to make a Client Care, Hostess Care and Team Care Folders. Being content and happy right were I am...looking forward to going to the top, earning trips and making friends!! Peace & Happiness ~ |

All very wonderful and "accomplishable"goals for 2010!
First of all, mine are not so much "Resolutions" as they are things I commit to doing,I never was able to stick to resolutions for very long! Mine goals are similiar to your's: I am working on my getting my priorities straight-Devotions,prayer, family time, then Business In 2009, I was so quick to get right to work on business first thing when I woke up,I didn't make my 'quiet time' very special or didn't spend alotof quality family time. This year I resolve to put first things first! Second: Be more organized! my desk and my house! I am going to make the time to put things in order and keep them that way. Third- Write down my Monthly Goals- I did this in my business when I restarted in Nov. and boy, did it sure help! I met the 2 Goals I set for December! Now for January I will do the same-and be as laser focused as I was in December because there's some amazing promo's for January! Plus, I want to set a good example for my Team members-'if I can do it, you can do it, and here's what I did!' |

I have another goal that I forgot to mention...it's the best one of them all
![]() Instead of joining any other company because I "LOVE THE PRODUCTS", I am going to be supporting my fellow WAHM and buy what I love from them!!! It's a win win for both!!! |

Amen ladies!! We are all on the same page I think...My main resolution is to declutter and organize my home. I have been on a roll the past few days. Now I get to paint 5 rooms! Change is a good thing and it's about time for it in this house!
My business goal this year is to hit Star Director with Scentsy in the next few months and then SuperStar Director by the end of 2010. I would also like to focus better on the team. Not that I haven't, but I think there is always room for improvement and Director Boot Camp in February will help me with that! Here's to a fabulous 2010 for everyone!! |

Continue to lose weight (I've lost 11 pounds since November) and work towards a healthier "me."
Business-wise. I posted my team sales/growth goals on my team site and have them written down here in my office. I want to focus more on helping my team members who desire leadership, achieve it quicker. I also want to make sure I keep a consistent schedule of 8 parties each month. I really enjoy working 2 nights a week and I found that in the past 6 months I would do 6 parties one month, 10 the next and just not plan things very well. My Novemer was INSANE with everything packed into a 2 week period so being more intentional in planning my party schedule is a big goal I want to get back to. Happy New Year everyone!!! |

Happy New Year everyone!!
Not going to call them resolutions, but rather, goals. I am in the process of finishing my seminary degree (masters) that I have been working on since 2004. It is so easy for me to get "out of order" and let my business completely die. My main goal is to stay consistent with my Stella & Dot biz, even if it is doing 1 show a month during my thesis prep months. So #1 is consistency. With shows, follow up, etc. #2 is to keep my goals, after they are written, before me. I am going to break them down into small sizes so that they are doable. #3 to go to Hoopla (our conference) in California and to see my mom in San Diego. #4 Balance!!!! I think you see the need for balance in my life! I am an all or nothing chick. I'm working on that... Trying to keep many balls in the air at the same time is hard, but I'm going to try to not neglect my family in the process. I think that is more than enough!! :-) |
