Default Charms moving around.

So I finally opened a locket today and filled in.
First time I saw one was at a retail store and it was all packaged up. I think jc Penney.

Anyways my question is I know the charms moves around but how do you keep charms from falling behind each other. Does that ever happen to your lockets; where one drops behind another? Also what if you don't want the charms to move around?

Origami Owl lockets are "living" lockets, meaning the charms are supposed to float. You can put a plate or two behind the charms to keep them from moving as much.

I also suggest glue dots. Some of my clients like the charms to stay in one place, the glue dots are great for this.
