Unhappy How can you change mentors??

We don't mesh. I have taught myself everything and I don't have contact with her. The contact I did have with her didn't go well.

Mentor changes are only made if you signed up by mistake (entered the wrong ID number) when you joined. Reach up your upline. You will definitely get support!!

I am no longer with O2 but can tell you as the previous poster said changing mentors is not really an option. The only way to "switch" would be to resign and reapply with a new mentor 6 months later. That is sort of drastic so I would reach out to someone else in your upline or even other owls in various fb groups. Good Luck!

I have also been in contact with the office about a mentor change. My mentor has done nothing for me in 6 months, I taught myself everything also. I went to one of her jewelry bars with her and she had me set up, break down, and pack her car. I asked about showing me how to enter orders and she said she would enter them later from home. Gee, glad I could be your ***** for the night. If you call Origami, they will have you talk to the compliance department. They do make exceptions in certain cases. I told them that I would quit, why should she make money off of me when she has taught me nothing...Being a mentor is more than signing me up. Don't tell me you provide training if you don't. Anyway, good luck, call them and ask about speaking to or emailing compliance. A lot of mentors seem to be out there to build their team and make money off of their team without providing support.

I'm sorry you ladies are having a bad experience with your mentors It is sad that people don't provide the training they promise! The Nest does make exceptions in extenuiating circumstances! I hope you "lost owls" get the help you need, if you are looking for an amazing team I would love to provide you with some more info so that you can make an informed decision In fact, tonight 8/12 my team is hosting a live webinar about our team, the company and the opportunity, etc. My email is [email protected] --I would be happy to help you all!

Thank you all for responding. I have thought about calling the nest and see what to do, but I don't want to cause any waves. I have received no help from her and I maybe could if I asked, but quite frankly I can't make myself like her. Her helping me is adding me to a ton of facebook groups. I have so many groups I don't know if I am coming or going. She adds me and I usually delete me......LOL...

I would post the whole story, but I don't know if she is a member here. She is a little unstable.

Hey there! I have many adopted owls that I have helped over the last almost 2 years. I would love to help you if you like. If you add me as a friend on FB we can chat a bit. I love helping people grow their business whether they are my designers or not.

I love O2 and want everyone to be successful.

One of my biggest pet peeves is a mentor not helping designers. I myself have one of those and she has one of those, so that may be why she never helped me. I make it my mission to help everyone like me I can!
