First Party

I am having my first party this Coming Sunday and I am afraid I won't have my new catalogs - I ordered them the first day we could but they have not shipped- any ideas what I could do?

Also can anyone show me a picture of their booking tree? Also what else is helpful to have on the table for materials?

Do you still have the Fall TOMs? I would print out the new product PDF, and the retiring items. That way you will have all of the charms available at the party.

I also have my first party here at home this coming Sunday and am getting nervous about having no catalog shipment yet. And, worse, I only have like 2 of the Fall TOMS left. I have printed out the new products and retirement list but with ordering my catalogs last Tuesday, I am really thinking I should have them by this weekend. I am praying they ship today!!

Here's my booking tree!!


I take the blank business cards from the back office. I write down the open dates I have available on the back. For anyone who books a party right then gets a free charm from my inventory.

I got this one from a lady on Etsy who opened a listing for us designers. You can use any photo holder as well. It works really well!

Me too! I have a party tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday! I'm freaking out about not having enough catalogs

You will be fine!! Guests are usually very understanding, and will gladly share TOMs. I find that a lot do anyways; they look with a friend, and shop together! You can always print out the new items to show everybody. We'll all get through this transition in no time!!!
