Wait List Confusion
HI ladies,
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this. I signed up as a DIW last September and my confirmation email said "Your Wait List position is 14229." After that I got another two emails with updates then they stopped and I never got another. Seems like I should've been a designer by now but with all that was going on during the fall and holidays, I forgot about it and never followed up. This past weekend, I went in to sign up again (but had to use a different email) and this time, I got an email with a code. I found the tool to tell me what position I'm in and on friday, I was position 5078, on saturday 5079, and today 5080. Huh?? Anyone have a clue what's going on with this? Pam Wright

Sometimes people don't get their invites so the Nest has to go back in and resend them. This will make your number go up. Don't be worried if it goes up by a few every now and then.

Ok, that makes sense. Now, what would they do about my invite from back in September that I never got? Would they re-accept me from back then?

 you would need to call them and give them that confirmation number. It doesn't hurt to try!!

Definitely give them a call-you never know!! As far as the wait list numbers are concerned, sometimes they're a bit wonky. I had two DIW's sign up on the same day, and according to the wait list tool, they were 1,000+ people apart. They were actually only 13 people apart. I'm not quite sure how that happened, but it's not always 100% accurate. Calling is the absolute best thing you can do!

Well, I'm happy to say that after almost all day on the phone with The Nest, I'm now #2 in line and up for this next wave. Yay! They reissued the letter I never got from back in the fall. Woot!
So now I'm making my guest list and gathering supplies for a launch party in April after new hostess benefits (and maybe new catalogs?) come out!
