Well for me the most effective social networking sites is Facebook. Okay, my answer is a bit bias because I gain more sales using FB platform with my online business. I do FB ads and sometimes managing many FB campaigns can be tiresome at times. Luckily, I found out this awesome tool (https://admanager.metrixa.com/). I use it to manage my ads online and offline.
