Default How to close prospects

Let's discuss! How do you close your prospects?

Here's what I do. I listen and ask questions. I find out why she interested in the business, the need she is looking to fill and how my opportunity can help her. I also ask her how serious she is about all of this.

I like to keep it about her, keep it simple and validate what she is saying. Then I show a third party video or website to give her brief information. Hopefully the questions will continue on and our dialogue begins!

From my experience when people contact me they are usually closed already, It's just a point of giving them my website to sign up or get a membership. That being said currently I am dealing with a person who is kind of hard to tie down but my attitude is when the person is ready then they will be ready.

I'm a big Art Williams fan and he had a saying "All you Can Do Is All You Can Do. But All You Can Do Is Enough. Once you've done all you can do then it's time to move on. Once I've answered their questions it's time for a business decision. Are you in or are you out? Then I just respect their decision.

The thing is being on the financial services side I know long term what's at stake. Today as pensions are a thing of the past so the long term retirement plan is basically put upon the individual to make their own financial decisions and planning.

It comes down to stay on the current course or add a business into the mix. So when people tell me no as long as they made an educated decision they have the right to do what's in their best interest. So my close is basically yes or no, NEXT.. That's for the business sidee.

Now for the memberships I offer most everyone needs it. Why? Because just to keep it very basic at some point which is unknown everyone dies and should have a plan in place. So if a person has a family and has no desire to plan then I feel that's their decision. The close there is a personal decision.

To quote art again when given enough information most people can make a decision they feel is within their best interest. Educate and let them close themselves. Next.
