Default How far do you reach up?

I have a great upline. He will help me when need be. Yet for some things I will reach up above him. He has no problem with as we are a team. So when I bring people on my team I suggest if need be to roll up for information or instruction. So the question is how far do you reach up?

I think we should all reach for the stars.

I think you need reach only far enough to get your questions answered. No level of upline should have a problem with that.

I use my upline(s) for questions and with bringing in New people. If people can't reach me in a time
of need I want them to go up.

I go up one and sometimes two levels. The people above them don't do much, which is kind of crazy because they are leaving tens of thousands of dollars on the table, but whatever. Above that I know who they are and they are available if I ever need them but haven't had much need to do that. There are those of us who also reach across - we have the same sponsor, but we support each other at times we will toss around ideas. I like it.

I think it depends on the organization how far up you can find helpful people. It's a good idea to give fellow members support. We do it in our group.
