It's always a pleasure to see that happening to people.

Please don't take this the wrong way at all (and I know you meant it only metaphoricallly!) but please don't become one of those people who wants to share it with everyone by proclaiming it from the rooftops. Longer experience will teach you that in the long run, the only promotional time that's really well spent is time spent showing the business opportunity to people who were already looking, specifically, for a business opportunity, before you found them. Those are easy to sponsor and retain. The rest are easy to sign up but almost impossible to retain, and overall those are a very poor use of your time, energy and effort. Shouting it from the rooftops really doesn't help: you'll attract too many people that way, and not be able effectively to sort them into those worthy of your time and those for whom MLM really isn't appropriate at the moment.
