We had Mary Christiansen at our Reunion this year and she was by far the bet I had seen because she was "real" and I could completely relate and follow her message!

My biggest motivator is the founder of my business system , Don Glanville. We have 2 daily calls and he never runs out of steam! No fluff either, pure facts and it's so inspiring. Not only does he lay it down about how to succeed in business, but also in life.

My all time favorite is Jim Rohn's Sower and the Seed, and just recently turned on to Brian Tracy. I also use Dave Ramsey's Entreleadership for my own personal growth, even though he's for businesses with employees, his principles resound with me personally.

Thank you for your great responses so far. I have heard of some and not of others. That is why I asked the question in the first place to expand my list of people to learn from.
There are amazing leaders and mentors in each one of your respected companies. Same with me, I have amazing mentors and leaders in my company too. Every company has to have them to succeed. ![]() Cheers Matt Last edited by mijctj; 10-21-2013 at 02:55 PM. |

In addition to the ones that have already been mentioned, I'd like to add John Maxwell to the list. He's one of my favorites as well.

There are so many great mentors out there. I watched the movie Jobs last night. It is the movie about Steve Jobs and Apple computers. I must say that I had no idea about how great this man was and how he thought. I have much respect for him and what he did in his lifetime. I add him to my list of mentors for sure. RIP Steve Jobs.
