Exclamation Ad Co-Ops...

I do a lot of ad co-ops - and then use full-page, full-color ads in MLM and home business magazines to drive leads. For example, I recently did an ad co-op for my offer. 20 ad co-op members @ $934.61 each. We have full-page ads appearing in Home Business Connection in the Nov/Dec issue AND Jan/Feb Issue (best issue of the year). PLUS: ads in Home Business Advertiser, NMBJ, and others. (Plus, we throw in some online ads, too).

I still get good responses from Home Business Connection - and my ad co-op groups love it.

The offline magazine market isn't as good as it once was (before the Internet), but it can still drive good leads if you've got a decent sized ad.

Best,
Jeff

I hold Weight Loss Challenges and teach a nutrition class. I started at my church and now have gone to the High School. It's really super cool and fun to have a "Call to Health"
I use the local paper, plus free ads online, and also PPC-very limitedly because I hold online challenges as well.
I found if very difficult to sell any products via online because everyone and their mom seems to have a health product.

Have you found it easier to sell products online or offline?

Default This works for me.

Doing vendor events to demonstate the product and word of mouth networking. I need to try the t shirt suggestion.

I use Dan Kennedy styled marketing using direct response.

1. Flyers -> 2. Prerecorded phone message -> 3. Follow up phone call 4.-> Direct mail

Great stuff everyone!! I know a lot of newbies really appreciate ALL of your contributions!!! TONS of great suggestions. Keep 'em coming.

For me, I do seminars, flyers, t-shirts and I love doing pique-cards and drop cards too. The drop card is a $100 bill folded in half with my website on the other side. Most of what I do is online though.

My favorite offline marketing strategy is to put up flyers. I like it because it eliminates a majority of rejection since people are calling you instead of you pitching to them. Not only that but I even got my very first customer using this method and earned a nice little $50 commission.
