Requirements:
o Evaluate the facility, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Complete study of guidelines and pass quiz to certify readiness

Compensation:
o $12.50 fee
o Reimbursement up to $5 for purchase
