Requirements:
o Evaluate the food, facility, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Dine in lunch or dinner for either weekend and weekday visits during peak dining hours
o Pre-Visit Phone Call
o Complete training module

Compensation:
o Pays an $18 flat fee
