Requirements:
o Evaluate the facility, sales person, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Phone call
o Specific scenario
o Complete training module and certification


Reimbursement:
o Shopper fee of $15
o BONUS $10
o Total fee with bonus $25 - and no purchase needed!
