Default Develop Your Power Hour

This is a great way to get productive.

Lack of Organization is the biggest reason we don’t get things done.

Take an Hour each day and set your Priority; get very Focused; and remember your 4 income producing activities.


The key is to devote 15 minutes of undivided attention. NO MATTER WHAT. Our challenge is that we look for HUGE blocks of time to get work done when the key is to find small blocks and do what you can.


15 minutes of Booking Lead calls – most calls are made when you are fresh out of bookings; so, do at least 4 days a week and your results will improve because you aren't desperate! IT puts you in begging mode. Be friendly, be interested; offer choices that are not a yes or no.


15 minutes of Recruiting Lead Calls – If you are doing 2 parties a week, plan to pass out at least 2 packets a show; this creates 24 leads a month. Wow! Plan on a 48 hour follow up. For those not interested now, be sure to follow up every 3 months with postcard; catalog; letter; email. Every person's life shifts or changes about every 6 months.


15 minutes of Host Coaching Calls - learn to excel in this area and you'll get fewer cancellations; bigger parties; more sales!


15 minutes customer care – Are you currently following up with your customers; those who order at your parties? Less than 10% do this and it totally affects your re-orders. Since most people don't get everything they want the night of the show, why not follow up; let them know you are placing an order, would they like anything else. 50% of people leave a show considering the business; you MUST follow up, and customer care is the best place to start.
