Thank you! And focus on where you are now and how far you have come. No one needs to know that you are not done. And it's okay to say that your plan is to maintain for a while as things are crazy. Life is like that.

Sounds good, hun! I definitely try to add whenever I can and of course whatever new info. we can share with the onlookers is great. You are such a wonderful wealth of information so I really appreciate having you back! If I can add something enticing I definitely will. I have been struggling trying to take my last 5 lbs off so that is why I haven't responded again to the weight loss thread we have going. My in-laws were in town and I sort of lost my edge. Really trying to get serious because I really want to get to my goal weight if not more. REALLY loving the taste of the Strawberry Smoothee's.....yummy! The whole family is loving them so it is hard to keep us stocked up :0)
