You can see the WAHM User Group Privileges chart to know what is allowed at each group level based on how old your account is and how many posts you have. You can add your signature in the User CP. Web links won't be clickable until you reach a particular user group. Here is the page to find the chart and quick links to important areas of the forum.

If you were trying to add something to the Advertise Your Business forum there is a rule that asks for the company name in the title and that the links go to the business indicated in the ad placed on our site. If you put Isagenix in the title of an ad and we can easily see when we go to your site that you are selling Isagenix then you are fine.
