You'll need to get hosting (about $7/month) and a domain (about $10/year).

My cost is free depending if you pick one of the 3 hosting companies I'm affiliated with (and familiar with their cPanel). Use the links on this page Free Website Setup | 416BC Web and Mobile Business Solutions

I recommend HostGator and you can buy a domain when signing up for your hosting. Just forward me the welcome email and I'll set it up, then give you the login info and access to our clients area with training videos, resources and such.

There are a few premium themes you can pick on my site (Free Website Setup | 416BC Web and Mobile Business Solutions) and I'll get that up for you too. (value $70) Our custom design services start at $2,500 so I don't think it's right for you right now.
