Thank you so much for the reply to my thread. Could I ask you how long you've been coaching and what your rank is? I've seen a lot of people reach Diamond in a year, and that's my goal. Also, is it a good idea for me to do coaching part-time, just until my income gets to where I can quit my other job, or will I need to make a full-time commitment?
