Giving good customer service
I got the product. They want me to drop it off but my car broke down. What would you do to make up for the delay?

LOL. Great advice and an amazing goal to set. I am trying to do that too but have not had much luck yet. I wasn't even able to complete the 50 faces in 50 days contest I have only gotten like 30 faces so far and very little sales out of it. But I will keep going and just as you say, life happens and we just learn to go on from there.
