Since it is January 2009 I thought I would update the AuraStella information that Kelly V provided earlier. There have been some great additions to our business these past few months (and it is great to work for a company that listens to its consultants)

We have what we call new consultant "Lightning Start Program" It is for the 1st three months, 1st month $1800 in retail sales and you get $500 in free jewelry. 2nd month $2400 in retail sales and you get another $500 in free and 3rd month $3000 in retail sales and you get another $500 in free. When you achieve those sales every month you get anothet $250 in free jewelry for a total of $1750 in free jewelry!
How often do you come out with new catalogs? How many new pieces are brought on and retired from each catalog? One new catalog and a supplement. This is the 2nd catalog we have had they retired about 40 pieces and brought out 110 new pieces.

Your first purchase must be a minimum of 325.00 in retail jewelry or the computer will not accept it when you sign under the 99.00 start up.

Our catalog is in effect for one year. Our new 2009/10 catalog will be released on July 1st. Our new mini Winter catalog was released in January and features new products. We have approximately 350 items in our current catalog and each year we retire/change about 80 items. We generally offer a sale on these items in May/June.

shows. During the month of February you get a $75 credit to purchase
jewelry. Any other jewelry above the $75 you get at 50% off-no limit!!!!</span>

$300 level you get the necessary paper work and $400 retail value of

anything in the catalog and when a new catalog comes out you get a 50% off the

exclusions? (meaning can a customer return the item for any reason, in
any time frame, and not get rejected)</span>Yes, within forty-five (45) days of purchase an item may be returned
in new and unworn condition for exchange or refund. Inspiranza Designs jewelry
carries a lifetime repair or replacement warranty against manufacturers’
defects on our jewelry and a limited 1 year warranty on our watches. These
warranties do

not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse, or normal
wear and tear.</span>

Who handles the returns? </span>All returns are handled between Inspiranza Designs and the
customer. Consultants do not have to handle returns.</span>

What are the minimum requirements to stay Active? </span>Inspiranza Designs does not impose a minimum

Do you earn anything on what the hostess gets? </span>There is no commission earned on the host
order but the sales do count toward incentives the company has for the

Consultant. The Company provides all free, half price items as well as
very cute pair of sterling silver hoops and a leather necklace that are given

believe that online ordering would eliminate the need for a home party

I'm new to the board and am reading everything and just stumbled upon this post and it's EXACTLY what I needed to know, trying to compare two different jewelry companies. Thank you for asking everyone to do this, it was most helpful and YES, it should be stickied!!!

I didn't see this info in the Just Jewelry posting so wanted to update it.
It looks like they changed the minimum order from $50 to $20 in retail which is less than one order.

Also, when you order your kit you can order one that is pre-selected or you can choose your own items. When you order your business enhancer kit and make your first $250 purchase, you are official.

We have 2 catalogs/year but new jewelry gets added to the consultant site each month. You can also purchase discontinued jewelry sets for a deeper discount and offer them as hostess gifts.

I also don't recall seeing it mentioned that our jewelry only costs $10 - $32. The price is great especially for how the economy is right now. I'm addicted to jewelry and I like to wear different jewelry with every outfit I wear. I can afford to do that now.

Overall, anyone that is in a direct sales company right now...kudos to you! I saw a video on youtube the other day of Mad Money. He talked about Direct Sales groups excelling in this economy and their stock prices are rising. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGn5luNYW20
