    I see there has not been any post on this site in a while. I recently signed up with them. Is there still issues with product being sent out and customer service? I ordered business cards a few days ago. I know better, to do my homework before spending money.. Now I think I may have just wasted my money. Please advise before I put more money into this company.     Hi! I think we're all still waiting to see if they resolve their issues. I am waiting for a commission to be paid to me. I don't know if anyone else is having issues with getting their commissions, but I am concerned about it at the moment.

    I'm not promoting my store right now at all because I don't feel it's fair to customers to have to wait and HOPE they receive their product. So I personally am in a holding pattern. Just watching and waiting. My current opinion is they need to stop coming up with NEW things and focus on fixing the problems they seem to still be having.

    i got my commission but it took a little while. i am still making orders but only for my house hold and my moms since we are ok waiting a wile until they catch up. on FB it seems they are doing better. i am for sure ordered a valentines candle.

    Does anyone know if Diamond Candles, Jewelry in Candles and Jewel Scent use the same manufacturer? The candles all look the same but with different wrappings. I know Jewel Scent has higher quality rings than Diamond Candles and you can't pick a ring size with Diamond Candles. Does Jewelry in Candles only have rings? I have only just learned about these products and just signed up with Jewel Scent. Awesome so far!

    Jewelry in Candles has their own facility. They hand pour all their candles. I think they may have the same glass jars that they are poured into. I imagine Jewel Scent and Diamond Candles has their own facilities as well.

    You can choose a ring, earrings or a necklace with Jewelry in Candles.

    now the wait time is 10-15 days and it says its declining. they should get this cleared up soon I think
