Customer Service is a big work at home area but unfortunately most positions do require some phone work. It sounds like you have some good experience in other areas though.
Have you checked out any freelance type sites like Upwork? Maybe you could find some more leads on sites like those? Good luck. ![]() |

Decide the company you want to work for. Study that company to determine how they make their money. Examine your skills to figure out what you can do to help that company make more money.
Find out who does the hiring. Write a letter to that person detailing exactly what you can do to add to the company's bottom line. Also explain to that person the hours you're willing to work. When you show someone exactly how you will improve her/his situation you have a foot in the door. |

It takes time to find a work at home job that does not require phone work, there are some out there but weeding through a lot of "scam data entry"jobs takes a while. Keep your eye out on the telecommuting folder there are leads posted there often. Good luck!

Here is a link posted 8 days ago if you are still looking which may be of interest. It only requires research and data entry with 75wpm speed though. The pay is not that great but it sounds like it could lead to a long term situation depending upon you and your performance. Research and Data Entry Specialist

Working from home has a lot of competition. Just keep looking and applying...and make sure that you're following up. Maybe check out FlexJobs because although they charge for curating their database, they list jobs that aren't CS / phone related such as different things with United Healthcare.
