Smile New Member: Introduction Post

Good morning everyone,
My name is Tiffany and I am a stay at home mother of my darling three year old. I am currently working on gaining my Masters in Social Work. I would like to one day be a therapist. I love helping people and am very interested in mental health. In the mean time, however, I am not working or providing for my family. While it has been quite the treat to spend so much time with my little one and watch him grow and prosper, I have recently been trying to find ways to work from home. I have a lot of extra time on my hands, and it would be great to be able to utilize that for something that could be beneficial to my family in the area of income. If anyone has any stay at home work ideas, I ask that you please help guide me to them. Also, I have recently been looking for ways to gain natural energy. As I'm sure any other parent knows, parenting can take a lot of energy out of you and I would love to find natural, healthy ways to obtain energy. If anyone has any ideas, I am open and ready for them. It will be a pleasure to get to know all of you and hopefully learn something from this experience.

Thumbs up

Welcome to the group Tiffany! Tons of great information out here.

I've only been a member for a few months now, and I've already learned so much and met some great people.

Let me know if I can ever be of any help.

Welcome to the forum Tiffany!

On "natural energy"...for me, changing my diet has been HUGE. I used to always feels sluggish and run down. Since I've started eating better, I feel 100% better...and this improves every aspect of my life.
