Smile Mom who wants legitimate work

Hi all, I am new to this, I am currently an LVN working at a local hospital emergency room, and I'm looking to do some part time work at home things. I've been a nurse for 3 years, but I've been in the medical field since 2005, working in different departments of the hospital. I have three kids, senior, junior, and freshman. I work 2.5 days a week, and I am also a medical transcriptionist, and coder. Although I have taken boards for coding, I'm pretty familiar with the medical terminology and how to transcribe. Is there any suggestions as to what I might need to do, in order to get on as a work from home. I am not looking to be a telemarketer or to sell anything, I'd rather do data entry or appointments or something of the like. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I've heard of insurance companies hiring nurses for work at home positions. So that may be one area to check out too.

What about an online medical transcription job? I believe www.upwork.com provides contract medical transcription jobs. It might be good to look into something like that since you are already trained in that field and could be really useful for those who need medical transcription services.
