This is my first year cooking Christmas dinner! It could possibly turn out all wrong! So far we're having ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, corn, dinner rolls and apple pie for dessert. Sounds good but we'll see if I can pull it off!

We do our big dinner tonight. When we lived close to family my sister-in-law always did a big Italian dinner on Christmas Eve. Now that we moved away, I try to continue the tradition. I'm doing lasagna, pasta & meatballs, garlic bread & salad. It's tiramisu & pumpkin chocolate cheesecake for dessert. We'll just snack off & on all day tomorrow with dips, crackers, fruit, veggies, cheese & little sandwiches, etc and do leftovers for dinner!
Enjoy! |
