Default Ten Things To Do When You Are Upset

1) Find the best ice cream you can find and indulge... in bed.
2) Have a romance in your head.
3) Think up special nicknames for all of your friends, and send them postcards to alert them.
4) Attempt break dancing
5) Indulge in your “guilty pleasures”, whatever they may be. (Old episodes of Sex And The City, jello pudding, romantic comedies, etc.)
6) Go to a Yoga class
7) Sing along to Vanessa Carlton - A Thousand Miles
8) Give someone you love a big hug.
9) Plan a holiday
10) Try doing the splits (be careful!)

I would add one more thing to do when yo are upset and it will be to drink alcohol. Sure drinking will be measured and in proper volume! Thanks for the tips!

Interesting list. I also like #1. It's also a great idea to listen to something positive (whether it's a positive message or song).
