I've been pretty puzzled by this myself, but one thought struck me that might make some sense. I saw that the children's biological mother is going to fight for custody.
Maybe Ronald thinks that by being married he'll put himself in a better position to fight that. IDK, it's a bit hard to find any sense in such a senseless situation. Cindy

The whole thing is just unbelievable! If my child were missing I couldn't even think about myself, let alone get married and go on a honeymoon! Some people just make me sick!

Dear Lord, why do these cases always end up coming out of Florida! It's embarrassing..
This whole case is creepy and frankly I didn't believe them the moment she came up missing. Then, let's get married while she is STILL missing?? WTH?? Unfortunately, this little girl was being raised by people with the mentality of driftwood, and she likely didn't stand a chance.. You have to take a test to drive a car, yet any idiot and can make a baby..sigh.. And I bet you, she's pregnant..you watch, that will be the next announcement..

I agree with everyone else. If my child went missing, I'd be in a straight jacket, not a wedding dress!!! The very last thing on my mind would be a happy day, wedding celebration while my child was missing at the hands of some freak doing god knows what to them!! [img]smileys/smiley19.gif[/img]
These two low lives are up to something and I'm hoping their absolute denseness is what breaks this case open. No one that ignorant can pull off a murder and not leave a string of evidence behind, they will get caught eventually!

Somehow I missed the original story on this but I have another question.
Dad's in his 20's and the new wife is only 17 and it sounds like they were living together when the child disappeared so why isn't dad in jail?

The bride is the step mom, not the bio mom. And Kim, I think I read somewhere that the bride's Dad had to sign some paperwork allowing his daughter to get married because she is underage. Might be some law in FL that allows for age of sex consent to be 16 but marriage 18? I have no idea, that's just a wild guess on my part.

OMG it's so funny you said that. I find it HYSTERICAL that SHE was in a wedding dress, veil, hair, make up etc and he was wearing a wife beater. Now, it was black so that adds a bit of class but COME ON! Your bride is in a gown and you can't wear pants??? roflamoEdited by: meg27599
