We're doing a Halloween movie, with pizza, popcorn and candy. My husband won't be home that night to help with taking them TorT so, we're staying home. It's their 3rd missed Halloween. Last year and the year before DH was deployed. Next year this time,we're moving.

We get movies and candy and stuff for the family. We don't give out candy.

We live so far back off road, we never have trick or treaters. My teens have party plans elsewhere so just me and DH to watch creepy movies together! Sounds fine to me!!

We always do a pot luck party a couple of hours prior to dusk cause we all have to eat before hitting the streets anyway..lol!! So, we'll have close to 50 people at our house. Then, those with kids hit the hood, and those without, stay behind and hand out candy for us.. Thank goodness it falls on a Friday night cause it is always a late night for us..

I will be taking the little ones out trick or treating but I like the idea of a backyard party for the older one and his friends, I will run it by him and see if he is interested, then Ill download some halloween type music, could be a great annual thing. Seems like the treaters get less every year, not as many people into it anymore.

We do not celebrate Halloween. I will be working. We don't get trick or treaters anyway. My light will be out. I will be at work. Hubby will be home alone probably watching TV in his undies! lol

I am dressing up like the Wicked Witch of the East (Blackdress, red striped socks and Ruby Slippers!)to give out candy to the kids. It's always so fun to see their faces when I answer the door in a costume!!

Just giving out the candy here. Last year DH gave out about 100 treats the first hour of 2 hour TorT. He had to shut the light as he was out of treats. Guess I'll have to get some more goodies this year so we don't run out. It's back to Sam's Club because we've all been eating the treats I got ahead of time, so. I am going to get some of our favorite candy. You just never know how many kids will be up here, and if it doesn't go, we get to eat it.

DH is taking the kids trick or treating while I hand out candy. Being
close to 6 months pregnant by that point, walking around the block for however long the kids want to go just doesn't appeal.
