![]() I'll bet that once it starts to come off, it'll seem like it just melts off. If not, maybe you'll want to check in with your Dr and have some bloodwork done just to make sure nothing else is going on. Edited by: mctaza1 |

Jeannine it's only been two weeks right? It's a lifestyle change, so it's something that isn't going to happen immediately. Stick with it girl...you will notice changes in time. I also agree with Melissa, maybe go in for a checkup also to make sure everything else is fine.

You've probably rehydrated yourself by drinking water, so it's probably a lot of water weight. Just try to be patient it's tough to start working out and expect results. If you haven't lost any weight in a month then consider consulting a doctor. Have you thought of counting calories?

Thanks- I am realizing that this will take time! But, dang, it would be nice if I could lose the weight and get in shape in a month

Stick with it, remember that it will take some time.
Don't go by the scale go by how your clothes fit...muscle will weigh more than fat.Edited by: brattaxi |

Measure on the days that you weigh-in. You may be losing inches instead of pounds.
