The Miromar Outlet stores opened at midnight this morning and the parking lot was FULL! Can you believe it?????

I went to Wal Mart at 4:20 this morning, got EVERYTHING on my list...and was home in bed playing with my new camera at 5:45. No injuries to report either....a good day!

You guys are better than me. NOTHING can get me out of bed at 4am after cooking Thanksgiving dinner all day, lol! I have never gone shopping on Black Friday! I may one day though, just to say I did!

Wal Mart is the only major store in the town I live in..but because we are so close to Fort Worth and Dallas I think most people go up there. So, luckily it isn't really bad here...if you get to the store early.

One of the malls opened at 12:01am here. They said there were 20,000 there. Plus they showed lines wrapped around the buildings nearby at Best Buy, Toys R Us, Target, etc.

Malls were opening up around 4:00 am here as well. I arrived at the stores, and as soon as I saw that line all the way to the parking lot, I came back home and just ordered what I wanted online. 2-4 days gifts arrive. I figure that'll be easier than trying to figure a way around the fight that was breaking out at walmart in the toy department over the new Bratz doll.[img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]

Some of my friends started at 2:30 this morning. I stayed home warm in bed this year. I heard they waited 1 1/2 hours in line to check out! That would have tried my patience too much. LOL

Wasn't bad here in Hawaii! I went out around 7am (had to drive hubby to work...). The mall seemed to have some parking spaces. I went to Walmart and while there were a lot of people there, they had all the registers open so there was now waiting in line.
